Richard Rose is the program director for the M.Ed. Program in Educational Technology. He is a retired senior instructional designer for Boeing and Microsoft Corporations, a role that included participation in the Asian training initiative for the Boeing 727/737. He is a Microsoft certified engineer, Microsoft certified trainer, and a state-certified school district administrator. He also consults with St. Andrews Episcopal School (Texas) on educational technology issues.
